United States

  • Thanks be to God for the young people of Fargo, North Dakota and Moorhead, Minnesota metro area who have been instrumental in helping fight flooding in the area. A large group of middle school students were some of the first volunteers at Sandbag Central in Fargo and helped make millions of sandbags to place along flood-prone rivers. Give praise to God for the spirit of volunteerism in these young people.
  • Please continue to keep 2-year-old Steven* and 4-year-old Mariah* held close in prayer as they deal with the death of their biological father. These foster children were removed from their biological mother’s home last year, moved to several foster homes, and finally placed in the care of their maternal grandmother and great-grandmother, a decision that went against the recommendations of the social workers on the case. Pray for their safety and protection and for God’s healing peace.
