· Please pray that God will bless Sonia with healing mercies and will comfort her in her season of sorrow. Sonia’s father, with whom she was very close, recently died of a heart attack. In her grief, Sonia has become gravely ill. Please surround this young girl with prayers of healing and comfort.
· Pray that God will strengthen and sustain Martha, a mother of six children, throughout her imprisonment and trial for blasphemy. Pray that she will be treated fairly, that justice will prevail, and that her innocence will be proven. Pray that God will comfort her children and provide for them in their mother’s absence.
· Pray for God’s healing mercies for 12-year-old Ghazala who has been diagnosed with tuberculosis. Ghazala is an orphan who is being raised by her 80-year-old grandmother. Give God thanks that she has been admitted into the Girls at Risk Project.

· Give God thanks for the work done by a recent medical mission team to serve Dalit children, women and men in Kolkata, Bograi and Bagadia. Pray for the little boy in a Kolkata slum that received medical treatment for a severely infected finger—if he hadn’t been treated, the infection could easily have spread through his body and killed him. Pray that those who received medical care will be blessed with God’s healing mercies. Pray for the children and families living in this slum in such cramped, squalid conditions. May they know that God is present even in the darkness and depths of their despair.
