Please pray for the working team as they prepare to hold activities for the World Weekend of Prayer for Children at Risk on June 3, 2006. Pray that God would provide for their needs for this event and that they are able to reach a goal of having 1500 children attend the prayer rally. Please pray for the two children who will emcee the event and pray that they will be able to touch the lives of many children that day. Pray that the promotional team will be able to reach many churches and that these congregations will respond and join in the event. Pray that Aldrine will receive help with studies. Pray also for the children who have lost their families in Samar Leyte. Please pray for children who have been victims of child abuse and trafficking. Please pray for two boys in Kiev whose parents are going through a divorce. Pray for the family and pray that the boys will not suffer too much from the trauma of this experience. Please pray for the children of single mothers in the Ukraine. There are many social issues that go along with single parenthood in this country and most of the fathers have left long ago or were never involved in their children’s lives. Pray for the health of children living in poor environments as they are very susceptible to all kinds of viruses and bacteria. Good medicine is very expensive and government health care is of a poor quality and very slow. Please pray for the adults who work with children in local church Kids Clubs. Pray for loving and committed workers for the children in this ministry. Pray that summer camps run by this ministry will be able to accept many, many children and that God will make provision for this opportunity to reach unchurched children.
