Praise God:
Four new women have left prostitution this month: “Teke,” “Winn,” “Noy,” and “Renne.” “Renne” is someone a staff member has been reaching out to for over 6 years! “Ting” had a vision of an evil spirit, cried out to God for help and saw a man all in white come to her and hold his hand out for her. She knew it was God. Christ is reaching out to her! One of the NightLight volunteers will be receiving “Volunteerism of Asia” award from Condoleezza Rice on December 6th. What an honor for the volunteer and NightLight.Prayer Requests:
Pray for the children who work in the red light district selling flowers and other items as they are always at high risk. They are vulnerable to violence and exploitation. Please continue to pray for “Loy”, “Fay”, “Wong”, “Oh”, “Kate”, “Ko,” and “An” who are working in the bars. Pray for their safety and salvation. Remember to pray for “Teng”, “Jo,” “Led,” “Tum,” “Teke,” “Winn,” “Noy,” and “Renne” as they work with us and learn more of Christ. Pray for the women to be able to work together and accept newcomers. Please pray for the protection of the staff of NightLight as their work can be dangerous.
