The river city of Columbus, Georgia sits on the banks of the Chattahoochee River on the mid-western border of the state. Phenix City, Alabama is across the river to the west and Fort Benning, Georgia is a bit further south of Columbus. The third largest city in the state claims a population of 250,000 and a vibrant, growing community.

Please pray that the children and youth who live in a housing project called Baker Village in South Columbus, Georgia will know the unconditional love of parents and God

Pray that violence, crime and drug sales will vanish and not be a part of their daily lives any more.

Please pray that youth in this neighborhood will choose not to become sexually active so soon or to become parents at a tender age.

Please pray for the youth and children of Columbus’ Spencer High School, Eddy Middle School and Baker Middle School.
